With expertise in user research and product conceptualization, I design in complex environments to deliver value for users and businesses alike. I excel in agile, cross-functional teams, using quick sketches and wireframes to drive iterative design processes.

On a personal level, I am driven, outgoing, and creative. Addressed the need for a modern learning strategy and technology plan for Stora Enso's central HR organization. Focused on transforming workforce learning to enhance global competitiveness.
Led and executed the entire study, from planning to presentation. Conducted external research on learning cultures in 12 companies. Performed an internal study at Stora Enso to propose a strategic learning approach. Designed and prepared qualitative surveys and interviews with senior managers.
Developed a tailored handbook for Stora Enso based on best practices.

Sandvik Rock Processing

Apply user research to design and conceptualize a new profitable and realizable service for Sandvik to offer one of their largest customer segments. Tasked to analyze customer insights, te market and Sandvik's product portfolio in order to design how a new type of "as a service" service would work and become profitable.
Requirement's specification of partnership agreement including costs, maintenance and delivery. Worked according to Design thinking, with elements of Lean.
Responsible for the conceptualization of the service, preparation and execution of interviews and presentation.
